Order Processing & Shipping
Orders may be placed through our e-commerce site only. We do not accept orders over the phone, by mail, or by email.

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Shipping options are displayed at checkout with estimated delivery times and costs. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2-5 business days. We currently ship only within the United States, excluding US Territories.

Sales tax will be applied to all domestic orders during checkout according to appropriate state and local tax rates.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@designplease.shop. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@designplease.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item by emailing us at info@designplease.shop, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded the price of goods sold on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@designplease.shop.
